We currently respond from two stations. The #1 station at 700 Weirich Avenue and the #2 station on Jefferson Avenue, in Wolfdale. Station 52-1 houses an Attack Engine, Engine 52-3 a 2013 Sutphen, also Engine 52-2 a 1995 International Engine / Rescue, 1979 Seagrave Engine, a 2011 GMC 6.6 Duramax Diesel Brush Truck and a 1983 Ford Tanker. At our Wolfdale station, Station 52-2, we house a 2004 International Rescue/Air Cascade, a 1989 Grumman Engine. In the past year, we've ran multiple calls which included fires, vehicle accidents, landing medical helicopters, EMS assist and public service calls. In addition to the calls we have training and work details every other Wednesday in our own station plus attend a variety of State Certified Fire Schools throughout the area. We currently have 18 Active Firefighters, 2 Fire Police, and 9 Social Members. All members work very hard, all volunteering to be on call 365 days a year 24 hours a day to maintain this Fire Company and protect the residents of Canton Twp.
